Angela Topcu

Angela Topcu, MFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

She specializes in guiding individuals through anxiety, insecurity, grief, and loss. Her practice integrates techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existential and humanistic theories.

With 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Angela draws on a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (now Sofia University). Her approach is compassionate and client-centered, creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore concerns and work toward greater clarity, self-trust, and personal growth.
