Anita Delaney

Anita Delaney is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with a passion for helping individuals achieve emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA, and a Master’s degree from Wilmington University, earned in 1999.

Anita began her professional journey as an elementary and preschool teacher before transitioning into the counseling field. Her clinical experience includes working in an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility, where she provided individual counseling, facilitated group sessions, and supported patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She is a strong advocate of the 12-Step recovery model, which she considers a powerful tool for personal transformation.
