Anna Hanson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of psychotherapy experience. She works with teens and adults facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship issues. Hanson also addresses binge-eating and low self-esteem.

Dr. Hanson holds a master's degree from New York University and has extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). Her professional journey includes multiple certifications in trauma work, neurodivergence, and mindfulness.

Hanson utilizes EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and parts work (IFS) to guide clients. Her sessions are structured to promote insight and healing, drawing on her rich background in neurobiology. Clients can expect a culturally sensitive approach informed by her personal experiences.
