Annie Long

Annie Long is a provisionally licensed mental health counselor who has over two decades of experience in the non profit human services sector. She works with people facing relational issues, life transitions, stress and anxiety, depression, and grief and loss.

Long began her journey in mental health counseling at the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. Her extensive background provides a foundation for her client centered approach, allowing her to connect effectively with clients of all ages.

Her therapeutic style is integrative, utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Clients can expect a safe and supportive environment where they are guided to uncover insights and develop practical skills.
