Anthony Hampton

Anthony Hampton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions Counselor. Hampton works with people, families, and couples addressing substance use disorders, behavioral addictions, unprocessed trauma, chronic anxiety, and depression. His practice also focuses on divorce, loss and grief, sexual identity, and family of origin issues.

Hampton holds a Bachelor of Science in Theater, Speech, and Dance and a Master of Social Work from The University of South Carolina. His diverse background as a professional ballet dancer and a Registered Yoga Teacher informs his understanding of the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Hampton employs an integrated approach, combining Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Psychodynamic interventions. He also incorporates mind body techniques to enhance stress management and self-awareness. Clients can expect a safe, welcoming atmosphere where their specific needs and goals are addressed.
