With a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of the West Indies in Jamaica, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and cultural competence to her practice. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate a wide range of mental health concerns, including life transitions, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, adjustment disorders, career challenges, relationship difficulties, and trauma.
