About
Ashley McDonald, MA, NCC, is a National Certified Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She brings training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Systems, Grief Counseling, Narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and Play Therapy to tailor care to each client’s needs.
She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of the West Indies in Jamaica, and has a background as a Behavioral Therapist for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
