Ashley Stock, LMHC, MS, C-DBT, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a decade of experience in the mental health field. She holds a master’s degree and certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Ashley tailors her therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual and incorporates DBT to provide practical skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. She draws from a variety of techniques to create a personalized therapeutic experience.
