Autumn Cagle

Autumn Cagle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with advanced training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (Levels 1 & 2), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT-C), and Somatic Experiencing (SE Intermediate). She graduated with honors from Liberty University in August 2023 with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Autumn has clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges. She is committed to creating a warm, authentic, and safe therapeutic environment where clients feel supported to share openly, build trust, and embrace their healing journey. Autumn believes it takes courage and hope to engage in the sacred work of owning one’s story and moving toward becoming who they were created to be.
