Becca Edwards

Becca Edwards is a pre-licensed counselor with over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Edwards helps clients through a culturally responsive, gender-affirming, and trauma-informed approach, focusing on trauma treatment, self-esteem, identity exploration, and relational conflicts.

Edwards holds a Master's in Social Work and two post-secondary degrees in Education, which provide her with a comprehensive understanding of human development. Her diverse education enables her to effectively support clients from young children to adults. She is certified in Trauma Treatment, Trauma consciousness yoga Method, and grief-informed therapy.

Her therapeutic approach combines psycho-education, cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic, and expressive techniques. This integrative method addresses both mental and physical aspects of healing, offering a nuanced exploration of clients' inner worlds.
