Bianca Schaefer

Dr. Bianca Schaefer is a licensed psychologist with over four decades of experience guiding young and aging adults through significant life transitions. Schaefer works with people, couples, and families, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and grief.

Schaefer earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University at Albany, where she also completed her pre-doctoral internship. She holds a Master of Science in Educational Psychology and a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Psychology from the same institution. She is licensed in Massachusetts and New York.
