Bianca Schaefer, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over four decades of experience. She specializes in guiding young and aging adults through significant life transitions and welcomes individuals, couples, and families.

Her approach is rooted in psychodynamic and existential theories, integrating relational, developmental, and attachment-based perspectives. She employs the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Kauppi's Model of Relational Intimacy, Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Basic EMDR to tailor interventions to each client.
