Brittaney Benavidez

Brittaney Benavidez is an intern therapist and clinical coordinator at Find Your Shine Therapy. She works with teens and adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Benavidez offers comprehensive support to her clients.

Benavidez is pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Her role as a clinical coordinator involves assisting new clients with initial inquiries and guiding them through the intake process, providing her with a broad perspective on mental health care.

Trained in exposure and response prevention therapy, Benavidez uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. She creates a warm, non judgmental environment where clients can explore their challenges. Clients can expect a tailored approach that supports healing and resilience.
