Cali Babey

Dr. Cali Babey is a post-doctoral fellow at Centered Therapy Chicago. Babey works with adults and young adults, focusing on LGBTQIA+ people and their loved ones. She addresses life transitions, identity development, stress, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and relationship issues.

Babey completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at Roosevelt University in Chicago. She gained experience at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital and Hartgrove Behavioral Health Hospital. Her commitment to the LGBTQ community includes involvement with Center on Halsted in Chicago and True Colors Inc. in Connecticut.

With a relational, feminist, and trauma-informed approach, Babey uses somatic, mind body, and mindfulness-based interventions. Clients can expect a collaborative, strength-based environment that emphasizes self-acceptance and healthy coping skills. Babey offers a space where vulnerability and growth are encouraged.
