Candace Lassiter

Candace Lassiter, Psy.D., LCP, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Virginia and the Director of Clinical Training at Genesis Counseling Center. She holds an M.A and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Regent University.

She practices Interpersonal/Relational Psychodynamic Therapy integrated with cognitive behavioral and acceptance commitment therapy techniques. She is ADOS certified and conducts evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder; her expertise includes ADHD, developmental delays, dyslexia, and dysgraphia.

She provides couples therapy including pre‑marital counseling and offers individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, mood and relational concerns. In her clinical and training work she emphasizes thorough assessment and tailored interventions to help clients gain clarity and manage symptoms.
