Casey Truffo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has over 25 years of experience helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, and depression, particularly in workplace settings. Truffo focuses on one-on-one therapy, addressing issues such as toxic bosses and promoting personal growth.

Truffo began her career in 1995 and has since owned private practices in Fullerton, Irvine, and Newport Beach, California. Her vision led to the founding of the OC Relationship Center, where she mentors other therapists. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, she expanded services to include offices in Orange, Riverside, and Corona.
