Charisma Pryor

Charisma Pryor, LCSW, is the primary therapist at Inspirations of Courage, PLLC and brings over two decades of experience as a Black therapist, social worker, and counselor. She applies that experience within her private practice to support a range of client needs.

She specializes in mental health treatment for children, women, and men, including anxiety, depression, and couples' problems. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness training, time management skills, and play therapy to tailor care to each client.

She offers in-person and telehealth/virtual therapy and focuses on identifying tools to address specific problems, improving coping skills, and providing positive feedback as her clients reach their goals.
