Charlene Dunkley

Charlene Dunkley, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience. She specializes in supporting Black women, women of color, and first- and second-generation immigrants and works with helping professionals.

She treats anxiety, burnout, trauma, disordered eating, and body image issues, integrating body and mind. Trained in DBT, Sensorimotor Therapy, and specialized eating disorder approaches, she offers trauma-informed, culturally relevant care.

As a Staff Therapist at Stella Nova, she facilitates a support group for BIPOC women and uses a Health at Every Size® approach. Her experience across family shelters, residential substance use facilities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics informs practical, concrete tools to help clients build authenticity, acceptance, and balance.
