Charmaine Ensinger

Charmaine Ensinger, M.S., LMFT, CST, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a certified sex therapist with certifications from both the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and the International Board of Sexuality Professionals (IBOSP). She also holds certification as an ADHD clinical services provider.

She blends mind-body techniques as a certified yoga instructor with evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to tailor care.

As an AAMFT-approved supervisor, she mentors clinicians and maintains a low-pressure, integrative, collaborative approach.
