Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Moss pursued a career in mental health after a pivotal life experience. She earned her M.A. in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2018, following a B.S. in Marketing from Alabama A&M University. With over three years of experience, she has developed a diverse skill set and adaptability.

Moss employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between thoughts and behaviors. She focuses on crisis and trauma, tailoring techniques to each client for a personalized experience.
