Cody Oaks

Cody Oaks, MA, LPCC, is the Clinical Director and Teaching Clinician at Northeast Psychotherapy. He integrates depth psychology with Buddhist principles, mindfulness, and intersubjective psychoanalytic and existential therapies.

He specializes in treating anxiety, depression, spiritual and meaning crises, adjustment-to-change issues, personality disorders (including narcissism and codependency), mood disorders, grief, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse. His practice supports both clients in acute distress and those pursuing personal growth.

Cody has worked in residential treatment facilities, patient in-home settings, and adult-rehabilitative mental health support and is an Approved Clinical Supervisor by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy. He favors a highly-collaborative, soulfully-engaged relational stance aiming to co-create an authentically healing encounter and guides clients toward increased wholeness, radical self-acceptance, and vitality.
