Connie Soave

Connie Soave, MS, NCC, is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with teens (14 and up), adults of all ages, and couples. She addresses life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, career counseling, relationship challenges, and trauma, and integrates Choice Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor treatment.

With over 15 years of experience in corporate settings, Connie brings perspective to professionals facing work-related stress, anxiety, and transitions. Her clinical work in the local school system included counseling to elementary, middle, and high school students, coaching for parents, and brief substance use interventions.

Her approach emphasizes exploring self-awareness, inner resources, acceptance, and commitment, and she has a special interest in exploring the mind-body connection, particularly in relation to autoimmune conditions.
