Connie Soave

Connie Soave is a National Certified Counselor who works with teens, adults, and couples, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Soave helps clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, career challenges, and trauma, with a special interest in the mind body connection.

Soave holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University. Her diverse clinical experience includes working in the local school system, where she provided counseling to students and staff, as well as coaching for parents and substance use interventions. She also brings over 15 years of experience in corporate settings, enriching her work with professionals facing work-related stress and transitions.

Her therapeutic approach integrates Choice Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Clients can expect a safe, collaborative environment to explore challenges and strengths, fostering personal growth and well-being.
