Corine Garcia

Corine Garcia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at Discovery Family Services. Garcia works with women, children, and survivors of domestic violence, addressing depression, stress and anxiety management, and life changes.

Garcia's educational path began with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix in 2012. She then earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University, Los Angeles, in 2014. She became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2020.

In her supervisory role, Garcia employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, client centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her approach emphasizes self-care and stress reduction, providing therapists with tools to support clients effectively. Through mentorship and skill-building exercises, she aims to enhance the confidence of associate therapists.
