Courtney Tawata

Courtney Tawata, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Oahu, Hawaii. She specializes in helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, and other significant life obstacles.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused modalities, which she tailors to each client’s needs to help them gain skills to manage thoughts and emotions. Courtney earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and returned to Oahu to serve the community where she was raised.
