Crystal Rodenbaugh

Crystal Rodenbaugh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps busy professionals in Kansas City discover greater confidence, freedom, and meaning in their lives. Rodenbaugh works with clients facing anxiety, life transitions, spiritual growth, relational conflict, and grief. She also supports premarital couples as a Prepare and Enrich facilitator.

Rodenbaugh began her academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Family Studies and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007. She spent a year in England contributing to a community center before earning her Master's in Social Work from the same university in 2012. Her career includes three years at a local agency before opening her private practice in 2015.

Her therapeutic approach is informed by diverse life experiences and a commitment to growth. Rodenbaugh integrates life adventures, community service, and spiritual engagement into her practice, offering a holistic perspective on well-being.
