Daniel Davis

Dr. Daniel Davis is a Licensed Psychologist. He earned his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Alaska Pacific University in 2017, where he also completed his master’s degree. His doctoral internship was completed under the supervision of a forensic psychologist, during which he managed a residential treatment program within a medium-security prison and gained extensive experience administering, scoring, and constructing psychological and neuropsychological evaluations with adults. Much of his early work involved supporting individuals struggling with addiction, severe mental illness, and the lasting effects of trauma.

In his master’s program, Dr. Davis completed a 600-hour innovative internship designed to help individuals experiencing a first psychotic break establish fulfilling lives, emphasizing recovery-oriented models that integrated peer support with evidence-based interventions. His undergraduate training included work in a private practice that incorporated equine therapy into individual and couples counseling.
