Darlene Kelly

Darlene Kelly earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Utah State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She combines compassion with evidence-based techniques and believes Trauma doesn't have to define a life's journey.

She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and individuals who have experienced significant trauma, using cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor care.

Kelly has worked as a psychiatric technician in a mental hospital and as a counselor at a residential treatment and foster care facility for troubled and refugee children and adolescents. She treats anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief and loss, creating a safe space where clients can clear, shift, and hold themselves compassionately.
