Daryl Appleton

Dr. Daryl Appleton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Polaris Counseling & Consulting. She works with clients on empowerment, success strategies, relationship dynamics, and work-life balance. Appleton also advises executives on workplace wellness and well-being.

Appleton began her journey in mental health over a decade ago. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Stonehill College, followed by a Master's in Counseling from Providence College. She holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in mental health counseling from Salve Regina University and a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Johnson & Wales University.

In her practice, Appleton uses psychological principles and scientific methodologies tailored to each client's goals. Her approach is informed by her academic contributions, including teaching and publishing.
