Dave Aitken

Dave Aitken, PhD, Psychological Associate, practices at Willow Anxiety & OCD. He specializes in treating older teens and adults with depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, body-focused repetitive disorders, and PTSD. He is skilled in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and administering neuropsychological assessments.

He worked at Willow Anxiety & OCD for three years as a practicum trainee under Dr. Jakatdar's supervision and completed his doctoral internship at the Veteran's Administration medical center in Grand Island, Nebraska. Those roles gave him extensive experience with evidence-based treatments.

Drawing on military service and software development experience, he takes a collaborative, values-focused approach, helping clients identify the life they're not living and build habits to reduce avoidance and increase engagement with valued activities.
