David Lee

David Lee, MS, LMHC, has nearly three decades of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He draws on behavior analysis, acceptance techniques, and mindfulness practices to address mood instability, trauma recovery, personal relationship issues, and fostering healthy communication.

He has worked in in-home care, office-based therapy, community mental health, hospitals, juvenile detention, and private practice and offers individual and group therapy to adults, children, families, and couples, serving a culturally diverse clientele.

He creates a therapeutic environment characterized by mutual respect and a committed willingness to examine discomfort. He seeks to help clients unlock unworkable patterns and collaborates to find alternatives that support more meaningful relationships and a deeper sense of living.
