Bowier's career spans over a decade, with experience in private practice, community mental health centers, and college counseling services. Her role as Coordinator for Sexual Violence and Trauma Treatment at Marquette University highlights her commitment to trauma care. She also served as a staff psychologist at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine Counseling Center in the West Indies.
