Deahdra Bowier

Deahdra Bowier, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in trauma-focused therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.

She brings over a decade of experience in private practice, community mental health centers, and college counseling services, and has served as Trauma-Focused Psychologist at the University of California, Santa Cruz Counseling & Psychological Services, Coordinator for Sexual Violence and Trauma Treatment at Marquette University, and staff psychologist for Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine Counseling Center in the West Indies.

Her approach is holistic and relational, grounded in insight-based and somatic therapies and integrating trauma-informed yoga. She incorporates her 200-hour yoga teacher certification alongside mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to support survivors of trauma, people questioning their identities, and those managing anxiety.
