Delilah Martinez

Delilah Martinez, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Associate Center Director at the Poughkeepsie Behavioral Health Center. She brings a passion for diversity and destigmatizing mental health to her leadership and clinical work.

Her journey with Family Services spans four years, during which she progressed from clinician to clinical supervisor and now to her current leadership position. She supports and guides the clinical team, mentoring staff to strengthen their skills.

Delilah represents minority cultures within the mental health profession, which informs her holistic and client-centered approach; she stays abreast of evidence-based treatments and is committed to decreasing mental health stigmatization.
