Elaine Phillips

Elaine Phillips, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor, holds a BA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler. She has specialized training in EMDR and completion of Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical, relational, and solution-focused therapies. Her practice addresses emotional regulation, complex relational issues, attachment concerns, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

Elaine works with individuals, couples, and families across a wide age range. She values a strong therapeutic alliance and meeting clients where they are, creating a supportive, safe environment as a committed partner in their healing and growth.
