Elena Matthews

Elena Matthews is a Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Mexico. Matthews works with clients facing life transitions, identity issues, relationship challenges, and stress. She also helps those dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, providing a supportive environment for exploration and growth.

Matthews holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of New Mexico. Her diverse background includes work with domestic violence survivors and career counseling in a university setting, enriching her understanding of human experiences. She is licensed as an LPCC in New Mexico and is a National Certified Counselor.
