Elizabeth Rhee

Elizabeth Rhee, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Art Therapist, and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner with nine years of clinical experience.

Her clinical experience spans child and family clinics, intensive care environments, outpatient centers, and private practice. She works with adult professionals in the creative, entertainment, finance, and tech industries, entrepreneurs, healthcare and mental health professionals, empaths, and highly sensitive people.

Elizabeth uses art therapy, brainspotting, and psychosomatic and creative-oriented processes to address loss of identity, complex family dynamics, relationship difficulties, burnout, devastating losses, dating challenges, and singlehood. She provides culturally sensitive, anti-racist, social justice-oriented, and trauma-informed care and draws on her experiences as a cis hetero Korean-American child of immigrant parents.
