Ellen Wood

Ellen Wood is a Post Masters Clinician working towards licensure under the supervision of Dr. Lee Kinsey. She helps clients navigate relationship issues, life transitions, and complex emotions, drawing from her own experiences with infidelity and divorce.

Wood's journey into mental health counseling is informed by her personal growth and healing. She offers therapy to adults using person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her work at Kinsey & Associates includes individual and group therapy sessions, as well as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy for partners seeking deeper connection.
