Erik Mildes

Erik Mildes, LMHC, MA, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializes in providing personalized, one-on-one attention to improve mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. He offers Christian counseling and Christian marriage counseling.

Erik trained at Mars Hill Graduate School (now The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology) and works primarily with individuals and couples. He helps people recover from abuse, depression, anxiety, broken relationships, and spiritual concerns.

He creates a safe, therapeutic environment where clients can work through difficult issues with support and empathy. Erik integrates spiritual growth with psychological understanding to address both faith and mental health.
