Erik Wells, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with adolescents and families. He uses evidence-based methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma therapy, and motivational interviewing.
