Erika McGough

Erika McGough, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alaska and Colorado who has worked in the mental health field since 2016. She specializes in maternal mental health, supporting postpartum mothers and women navigating early parenting, major life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relational stressors. Erika also enjoys working with children and teens. Her clinical background includes both inpatient and outpatient care, as well as work with co-occurring disorders and underserved populations. She takes a holistic, person-centered, and strength-based approach, drawing on CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, motivational interviewing, and attachment-informed practices. Compassionate and collaborative, Erika strives to create a safe space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
