Erin Olson is a Licensed Professional Counselor offering compassionate support to adults and adolescents facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. Olson works with clients to navigate these challenges and find new paths forward.

With a Masters in Education and eight years of experience as a special education teacher, Olson brings a rich background to her counseling practice. She has completed training in EMDR and is a certified Positive Discipline parent educator, providing specialized consultations for parents. Her experience extends to delivering presentations on trauma and Positive Discipline to various groups.

Olson's therapeutic approach integrates strengths-based, mindfulness, and trauma-informed methodologies. She a warm and non judgmental environment, encouraging self-compassion and new ways of thinking.
