With a compassionate approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered techniques, Folayan Williams, LPC, has been guiding individuals towards wholeness and self-satisfaction since 2015. Specializing in a diverse range of issues including mood and anxiety disorders, grief, ADHD, parenting challenges, women's issues, abuse, and relationship conflicts, Folayan brings a wealth of experience to her practice.

Folayan's journey in mental health began with her graduation from Troy University in 2011, where she earned a Master's Degree in Psychology/Community Counseling. This educational foundation, combined with her certification as an Instructor of the P.I.C.K. a Partner program (Premarital Interpersonal Choices and Knowledge), equips her with unique insights into relationship dynamics and personal growth.

Over the past seven years, Folayan has worked with a broad spectrum of clients, from young children as young as 5 to adults, in various settings including community clinics, hospitals, and schools. This diverse experience has honed her ability to adapt her therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each individual client.

At the core of Folayan's practice is the belief that true change and improvement stem from a person's willingness to work on their authentic self. She emphasizes the importance of holistic involvement - spiritual, emotional, and physical - in the journey towards overall satisfaction and wholeness.
