Williams began her mental health journey at Troy University, earning a Master's Degree in Psychology/Community Counseling in 2011. She is also certified as an Instructor of the P.I.C.K. a Partner program, which enhances her ability to address relationship dynamics. Over the past seven years, she has gained experience in community clinics, hospitals, and schools.
Williams employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered techniques, creating a supportive environment for clients to explore their true selves.
