His practical experience, gained through his practicum at the NIU Community Counseling Training Center since Fall 2023, has honed his skills in providing empathetic, effective care. Gabe's approach is human-centered, utilizing evidence-based methods such as CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and strengths-based techniques to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
Driven by personal experiences with mental health, Gabe is dedicated to creating a supportive, empathic therapeutic environment.
