Garrett Ellis

Garrett Ellis, MSE, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has a Master's degree obtained in 2021 and began in the mental health counseling field in 2018; he focuses on adults and adolescents and provides culturally aware and sensitive mental health treatment.

His practice is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a strengths-based perspective. He has actively worked to unpack his own privilege, which informs his attention to identity and respect in care.

Garrett values people’s stories and prioritizes building a strong therapeutic alliance through unconditional acceptance and collaboration. He views therapy as a collaborative journey toward wellness and builds relationships based on equality, mutual respect, and solidarity.
