Garrett Farren

Garrett Farren is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who helps people navigate life's challenges with empathy and expertise. Farren works with those facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, conflict, stress, and life transitions, offering individualized care from pre-teens to adults.

Farren's academic path began with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas, followed by a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary's University. His diverse clinical experience includes roles at a community counseling center, a non profit organization, and a school district.

Farren employs a flexible therapeutic approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
