Gloria Baxter

Gloria J. Baxter, LCSW, is Executive Director of Lighthouse of Hope Counseling Center and has over four and a half decades of dedicated service. She specializes in guiding individuals, families, and youth through a process of self-examination to foster physical, mental, and spiritual health, addressing marital conflicts, parenting challenges, personal growth, and mental health concerns.

She leads the center and its team, delivering accessible services including marriage counseling, family therapy, parent education, and crisis intervention. Gloria maintains a non-judgmental, accepting attitude and creates a safe space for clients. She emphasizes nurturing potential, promoting dignity, and supporting bold steps toward personal growth.
