Gol Ara

Dr. Gol Ara is a board-certified psychiatrist at Pacific Mind Health. She works with patients facing complex medical conditions and mental health issues, including treatment-resistant depression. Ara's multicultural background and fluency in Persian (Farsi) and English enhance her ability to serve diverse populations.

Ara completed her fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at UCLA, focusing on mental health concerns in patients with complex medical conditions. She previously completed her psychiatry residency at the University of New Mexico, gaining experience in various clinical settings.

With expertise in both inpatient and outpatient care, Ara offers medication management and psychotherapy.
