Grace Thomas

Grace Thomas, MS, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in relationship issues, communication problems, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, parenting challenges, infidelity recovery, and family conflict. She uses evidence-based techniques such as Gottman Couples Therapy for couples work and Structural Family Therapy for family dynamics.

She holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Wesleyan University and has been co-owner of Reconnecting Relationships Therapy since 2015. She has been a speaker at marriage retreats, schools, churches, and organizations providing psychoeducation on strengthening relationships.
