Hannah Lipschutz

Hannah Lipschutz, LMHC-A, believes that all behavior makes sense in context and centers her practice on a person-centered, collaborative approach. She specializes in relationships — both with oneself and others — and treats anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties.

Hannah uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. She offers online and in-person individual therapy for older adolescents, college students, and adults and provides LGBTQIA+ affirming care.

With a growing interest in working with complex trauma, disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals, Hannah creates a supportive, individualized space where clients can explore challenges and develop greater authenticity and understanding.
