Heather Estle-Young is a Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health (LACMH) and a National Certified Counselor. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. Heather specializes in supporting individuals through the complex transitions of adolescence and young adulthood.

Utilizing a blend of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), she empowers clients to build resilience and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
