As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Heather is dedicated to helping clients find hope, healing, and restoration through a variety of evidence-based techniques.

Heather's therapeutic toolkit is diverse and comprehensive, reflecting her commitment to ongoing education and professional development. She is well-versed in several cutting-edge modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing.
