Heather Nghi

Heather Nghi, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with tweens and teens. She addresses perfectionism, anger management, self-esteem struggles, family dynamics, social skills development, anxiety, and depression and uses collage creation, writing exercises, and music to help teens express emotions.

She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in General and Special Education from St. Joseph's College and is a member of the American Counseling Association.

Her compassionate, creative approach provides a safe, supportive space where young voices can be heard and validated; she advocates for adolescents and equips them with healthy coping skills and emotional understanding to foster resilience and positive change.
