Holly Mckay

Holly Mckay, LCSW, is Practicum / Intern Supervisor at Family Counseling Services of Northern Utah. She uses evidence-based practices and specializes in depression, anxiety, grief, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), offering current treatment methods grounded in clinical research.

Her background in home health and hospice services informs compassionate care for clients facing life-altering circumstances. She earned a Bachelor's degree at Weber State University and a Master's degree from the University of Utah, graduating with high honors, and received the James Garland Woolsey award in 2013.

In her supervisory role she provides supervision and mentorship to interns, guiding their clinical skill development and professional judgment. Her approach emphasizes empowerment, healing, and self-determination, tailoring care to each client’s needs.
