Holly Mckay

Holly Mckay is a Practicum/Intern Supervisor at Family Counseling Services of Northern Utah. Mckay works with clients facing depression, anxiety, grief, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), drawing on her background in home health and hospice services to support those dealing with life-altering circumstances.

Mckay completed her Bachelor's degree at Weber State University and earned her Master's degree from the University of Utah, graduating with high honors. Her commitment to the field was recognized with a nomination for the 2006-2007 student of the year award and the James Garland Woolsey award in 2013.

Her therapeutic philosophy centers on creating a space that promotes empowerment and healing. Mckay tailors her approach to meet individual needs, combining clinical expertise with a warm demeanor. Clients can expect a structured environment that encourages self-determination and positive change.
